4-H Get Fit Program - Through a
special grant from IU Health Goshen Hospital, Elkhart County 4-H has created
a unique fitness program. This program is available to
all
4-H clubs in the county. Club Health and Recreation officers along
with Club Leaders may find this program in full or parts usefull for club
meetings. The program is comprised of the manual, foam dice and a deck
of cards. It comes in a special carrying bag. The full package
is available for loan from the Extension Office. Please call to make
arrangements to borrow the program. 574-533-0554.
