Leaders - If you need a way to track your club's Geranium Sales you might find the following Excel spreadsheet usefull. It will allow you to track by 4-H'er the number of geraniums sold by red, pink and white. It calculates the cost and if you have outstanding dollars. It also calculates the number of geranium flats/plants by color. You can also get an overall stat page for your club. The spreadsheet is the trimmed down version of what 4-H Corp users at the county level. The spreadsheet is in Excel (.xls) and is compatable back to Excel 97. It will also work with the spreadsheet tool in "Open Office" and "LibreOffice". (Free open source office programs.)
Sort by 4-H'er and a Print button are available. You type in your club's name where it says and fill-in the "blue" hi-lited cells. The "white" cells have formulas, so don't mess with them unless you are familar with Excell. Otherwise you run the risk of mis-calculations. Three (3) expamles are shown.
Here is an example of what the spread sheet and the stat pages look like. pdf
